Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the booked time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.

Studio Use: The studio is to be used for music rehearsal purposes only. Any other use must be approved by management in advance.

Equipment: Any damage to studio equipment or property caused by the user must be paid for in full.

Conduct: Users must conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times. Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a session without refund for any behavior deemed inappropriate.

No Glass Bottles: Strictly no glass bottles are allowed on the premises. Glass bottles left behind will incur a handling charge of €5 for proper disposal.

Cleanliness: Please respect the premises and your fellow musicians by cleaning up after yourself and using the bins provided. Excessive mess or unreported spillages may result in additional cleaning charges.

Liability and Payment: The booker is fully responsible for any damage or liability incurred by their party during the use of the studio and is also responsible for the full payment of the booking. The studio is not responsible for any personal belongings left unattended in the premises. Users attend and use the facilities at their own risk.

Compliance: Users agree to comply with all local laws and regulations during their use of the studio.

Amendments: Management reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the studio following any changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
